Accepting New Clients

Meet & Greets should be scheduled at least two weeks before your first booking. This is the perfect time for me to get to know you, your pup, and your home and see if it's a fit. You should set aside an hour because meet and greets contain four parts, an introduction, questionnaire, house tour, and an onboarding. 

All pets must be up to date on all vaccinations so that we can keep our staff safe and able to provide the best care.

Overnight stays require a 25% booking deposit to secure your dates. All other booking invoices will be due the first day of service.

All down payments for overnight stays are nonrefundable within 30 days of the booking. 

All other service booking invoices will be due on the day before the first day of service. If not paid, an attempt to contact the client will be made, if there is no response or a refusal to pay, your booking will be cancelled and a late fee of $10 will be charged.  

All payments and tips must be processed through our online portal. 

Our team wants to provide the best service possible and the environment we serve in is an important factor in allowing us to do that. We ask that homes be clean, disinfected, and clutter free. Especially for overnights, all surfaces should be clean, floors vacuumed/mopped, fresh and clean linen provided. If your home is not up to our cleanliness standard we reserve the right to decline service.

By entrusting us with the care of your beloved pet, please be aware that you are consenting to the possibility of media photos and/or videos being taken of your furry friend during our service. These may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you require a higher level of privacy we have upgraded packages and other options we can discuss please let us know prior to booking so we can accommodate your needs. 

For the safety of our sitters and the well-being of all involved, it is crucial that you provide a complete and honest disclosure of your dog's behavior, particularly any history of aggression, past incidents, or bites. Any aggressive behavior observed during our service that indicates a potential danger to our sitters will unfortunately result in immediate termination of services, and your emergency contact will be notified to take over care for your pet.  Your transparency ensures we can provide the best and safest possible care.
