At Pooch & Me, we are committed to providing exceptional services and products for you and your furry friends. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we want to make sure you have a seamless experience with us. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the quality of our offerings.
1:1 Virtual Services
Refund Eligibility:
- Full refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- 50% refund if cancellation is made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled session.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Rescheduling:
- You can reschedule your session at no additional cost if the request is made at least 24 hours before the original appointment.
Custom Dog Bandanas/Clothes
Refund Eligibility:
- Full refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Partial refund (70%) if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped.
- No refund for cancellations made after 48 hours or after the item has been shipped.
Return & Exchange:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Custom items (e.g., personalized with your pet's name) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Pooch & Me Products (non-customized)

- Full refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

General Conditions
- To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please contact our customer service team at Poochndmeinfo@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
